Maximizing Client Knowledge

Ensuring our clients understand the capabilities and functionality of TeamSite is integral to our success and the long-term satisfaction of our clients. Sometimes this includes going the extra mile to ensure a client has the tools they need to reference these capabilities and functionality. Klish Group performed a TeamSite and LiveSite platform assessment on version 7.2.1 for Highmark. Then to ensure understanding for Highmark developers, Klish Group built a LiveSite demonstration site that featured the capabilities of the product as a reference application.

This application helped Highmark employees understand the capabilities of thier system including IT-controlled customer targeting, business-controlled customer targeting and customer segmentation. All three of these concepts are vitally important for Highmark, who as an insurer, needs to display different content types to different customers based on their insurance selections. Klish Group helped them achieve these goals in an innovative way.

In addition we installed the MediaBin application version 8.0.3 with all the rich media capabilities like advanced audio, video analytics, and hi-res imagery to help power their site with engaging and relevant content.
